While the inspiration from which the designer and founder of Es Riccardo Contini takes his inspiration can be traced back to Nature with Native, Tribal and Primordial interferences, there is no shortage of innovative elements, both conceptual and formal. It is thus an invitation, that of Es, to rediscover the deep relationship that binds us to Mother Earth. This is how, in this holistic-synthetic interpretation of the world, trees, stones, spiders, and humans rediscover themselves interconnected. The very name of the project hints at this key to interpretation: the "es" in fact, borrowed from Freudian theories, in which it represented the most archaic and instinctive instance of the human soul (composed of Es, Ego and Super-Ego), is here elevated to the soul of the whole.
